Finding allergy friendly foods is quite exciting…but sitting at the store and reading labels for an hour isn’t. These snacks are wheat, dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut, sesame, chickpea & lentil free.

  11. Every Body Eats Thins- These are crispy cracker/chip like snacks with clean, minimal ingredients.

  3. Sweet Loren’s Cookies- I feel very safe with their allergy protocol. We safely consume these with an ANA egg allergy. As always, do what is safest for you.

  1. Have you tried Wilde brand chicken chips, enjoy life lentil chips, or hippeas? I’m so glad to have found your blog! I’m a busy working, student mom and the allergies were another curve ball. I can use all the help I can get!
